We have full-time sales associates that are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, to help plan the best transportation solution for your needs, whether it is a one bus charter to a baseball game, or providing efficient shuttle service for thousands of people as part of a convention. We can quickly recommend a plan and pricing without having to leave a voicemail or wait for someone to call you back, sometimes days as other companies might do.  

We also operate a true 24-hour dispatch system, with trained supervisors on duty during all hours of the day, 365 days a year, to handle any of your last-minute changes or needs. Our dispatchers can be accessed at any time, regardless of whether or not our business office is closed.  

Additionally, we employ and assign only professionally-trained drivers who complete our own rigorous training program. This paid training program, one of the best in the country, consists of 4-6 weeks of comprehensive instruction by certified trainers, both in the classroom and over-the-road. Each driver is also subject to pre-employment background checks and both pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol tests. Our safety programs rank among the best, and the U.S. Department of Transportation ranks Indian Trails in the top 5 percent of carriers in the country for safe driving and equipment.

Speaking of equipment, we only operate newer-model motorcoaches that meet the latest EPA requirements for emissions reduction. Each is a 2018 or newer model with many deluxe amenities, so you are guaranteed a newer model coach with every order. Every coach is maintained by our full-time staff of maintenance experts at each of our three full-service maintenance facilities.
