What is Let’s Go! Rewards?

It’s Indian Trails’ loyalty program. Members earn points on eligible purchases and can redeem those points toward future Indian Trails travel.

How much do I earn?

You earn two points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.

How many points do I need to redeem $1?

You need 100 points to redeem $1 in reward value.

Is there a minimum purchase amount to earn points?

Yes. Your eligible purchase must be at least $6 to earn points.

When do I earn points — at purchase or after I travel?

Points are earned at the time of purchase.

Do I have to be logged in to earn points?

Yes. You must be logged into your Indian Trails account when you make your purchase. Guest checkout purchases do not earn points.

Can I earn points on commuter purchases?

Yes. Commuter purchases are eligible.

Can I use points to reschedule a trip or service?

No. Points cannot be used to reschedule services.

Are points applied before account credits?

No. Account credits are applied first, and points are applied after available account credits.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire one year from the date of purchase that earned them.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. Points stay with the account that earned them unless Indian Trails announces a specific transfer option.

Do points have cash value?

No. Points are promotional rewards and are not redeemable for cash.

What purchases do not earn points?

Points generally are not earned on taxes, fees, optional add-ons, gift cards, or other non-qualifying charges. Indian Trails may also exclude certain fares, promotions or account types.

What happens if I cancel or refund a purchase?

If an eligible purchase is canceled, refunded, reversed or charged back, the related points will be removed from your account.

What if my points are missing?

Start by checking that you were logged in when you purchased. If your points still don’t appear, contact Indian Trails customer support and be ready to provide your trip or purchase details.

Can Indian Trails change the program?

Yes. Indian Trails may update, pause or end the program, including changing how points are earned, redeemed or expired. If the program ends, Indian Trails may provide a deadline to use remaining eligible points.

Can my points be removed, or my account be suspended?

Yes. That may happen if there is fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, chargeback activity or a violation of the program rules.

If you buy as a guest, can you call and retroactively get the points?

Yes, points can be added to your account with proof of purchase.


Let's Go! Rewards Terms and Conditions

Let’s Go! Rewards is the Indian Trails loyalty program. By creating or using an Indian Trails account and participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Indian Trails’ general website, ticketing and privacy terms.

Who Can Participate

Membership is for individual customers. Each person may have one account.

You must be logged into your Indian Trails account when you make an eligible purchase for points to be tracked to that account.

Corporate or shared accounts are excluded from the program.

Indian Trails may ask you to verify account details before discussing or changing account information.

How Points Are Earned

Members earn two points for every $1 spent on eligible Indian Trails purchases.

A purchase must be at least $6 to earn points.

Points are earned based on the purchase amount for eligible travel and are not earned on taxes, service charges, baggage fees, optional add-ons or other non-qualifying fees unless Indian Trails states otherwise.

Commuter purchases are eligible to earn points.

You must be signed in at checkout. Guest checkout purchases do not earn points.

Points are awarded to the account used at the time of purchase and cannot be split between accounts.

 

When Points Appear

Points are earned at the time of purchase and should appear in your account after the transaction is successfully completed.

If a purchase is canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back or later found to be ineligible, the related points may be removed from your account.

How Points Are Redeemed

100 points equals $1 in reward value.

Points may be redeemed toward eligible future Indian Trails purchases through your logged-in account.

Points cannot be used to reschedule services.

Points are applied after other available account credits unless Indian Trails states otherwise.

You must have enough points available in your account at the time of redemption. Points are deducted when the redemption is completed. 

Point Expiration

Points expire one year from the date of purchase that earned them.

Expired points have no cash value and cannot be restored except where required by law.

Important Account Rules

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, purchased, gifted, pooled, or exchanged outside the program.

Members are responsible for keeping account login information secure. Indian Trails is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by a member’s failure to protect account credentials.

Please review your account activity regularly and contact Indian Trails within a reasonable time if something looks wrong. Indian Trails may request documentation to review missing-point claims or other account issues.

Program Changes and Termination

Indian Trails may update, suspend or end Let’s Go! Rewards at any time.

If Indian Trails ends the program, it may provide advance notice and a deadline to use remaining eligible points.

Changes may include how points are earned, how they are redeemed, what purchases qualify and how long points remain valid.

Fraud, Misuse and Account Closure

Indian Trails may withhold, remove or cancel points, suspend accounts, deny redemptions or close accounts if it believes there has been fraud, abuse, misuse, chargeback activity, misrepresentation, duplicate accounts or a violation of these terms or other Indian Trails policies.

If an account is closed for misuse or fraud, unused points may be forfeited.

General Terms

Rewards are offered subject to availability and system functionality.

Indian Trails is not responsible for technical errors, website outages or other issues that delay earning or redemption, but it may correct account balances if an error occurs.

To the extent allowed by law, Indian Trails may interpret and apply these terms in a reasonable manner consistent with operating the program.
