Effective Friday, January 2, 2026, Indian Trails will no longer have a ticket agent at the bus terminal in St. Ignace, MI. The terminal will continue to serve as a pick up and drop off location. Customers needing assistance can call the Owosso office at (989) 725-5105 during normal business hours, the Call Center during extended hours, or visit our website for ticketing and information.
Indian Trails schedules will be changing effective Monday, January 5, 2026. We highly recommend confirming your planned itinerary before departure by contacting us at 989.725.5105. Please let us know you are confirming a schedule and have your ticket confirmation number(s) available.
Effective for all tickets purchased beginning Sunday, February 1,2026 updated policies will apply to ticket rescheduling and baggage. Changes to reservations will be subject to a rescheduling fee, and new baggage fees will apply based on the items and quantity checked. Customers are encouraged to review the updated policies before booking or making changes to their trip, and to contact their local agent or call our main office at 989.725.5105 with any questions or for additional details.
